The 65-year-old allegedly jumped from his apartment building in Bandra, Mumbai. Malaika Arora was born in Thane, Maharashtra. Her parents, Anil Arora and Joyce Polycarp, divorced when she was 11 years old. After the separation, Malaika moved with her mother and sister, Amrita Arora, to Chembur. While her mother, Joyce, is a Malayali Christian, her late father, Anil Arora, was of Punjabi descent and worked in the Indian Merchant Navy.
