The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has officially released the answer key for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 on February 27, 2025. Accessing the GATE 2025 Answer Key and Response Sheet
To download the answer key and response sheet, candidates should visit the official GATE 2025 website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in or the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) portal at goaps.iitr.ac.in. By logging in with their enrollment ID or registered email address and password, candidates can view and download their response sheets, which include details such as the candidate’s name, examination date, shift, questions, selected responses, and attempt status. This information enables candidates to estimate their scores prior to the official result announcement.

- Click on the link for the GATE 2025 answer key in the notifications section.
- Log in using your enrollment ID or registered email and password.

Raising Objections Against the Answer Key
Candidates who find discrepancies or are unsatisfied with the answers provided in the provisional answer key have the opportunity to raise objections. The objection window is open until March 1, 2025. To submit an objection, candidates must log in to the official website and follow the prescribed procedure. It’s important to note that provisional candidates are permitted to view their responses in the candidate login portal but are not allowed to contest the answer key.
Upcoming Results and Final Answer Key Release
After the objection window closes, subject matter experts will review all challenges submitted by the candidates. Based on this review, the final answer key will be prepared and released. Subsequently, IIT Roorkee is scheduled to announce the GATE 2025 results on March 19, 2025, as per the official timeline. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official GATE 2025 website for updates regarding the final answer key and result declaration.
